EmailTimer.App

Contact us

Support runs on email. Write to support@emailtimer.app and you get a reply within one business day. There is one person answering it and it is the person who wrote the product. Replying to any mail EmailTimer.App sends you arrives in the same inbox.

What to put in the message

Four things turn a first reply into an answer instead of a question:

  • The workspace name, as it appears in the top left of the dashboard.
  • The template name, and the version number if it is published.
  • The time the problem happened, with the timezone you are in.
  • The image URL, if you have one, and what you expected it to show.

If a timer showed the wrong time in a real inbox, say which email client and on which device. That decides most of the answer on its own.

Privacy and data protection

Data protection questions, deletion requests, and the current sub-processor list: privacy@emailtimer.app. The data processing addendum names every sub-processor, and the privacy policy says what is held and for how long.

What we do not have

There is no phone line and no live chat queue. Everything goes through email, and everything gets read.

Reporting a security problem

The same address, with "Security" in the subject line. What to include, what happens next and the disclosure terms are on the security page.

Before you write, the answer may already be written down

The documentation covers setup, the timer types and the API. The security page covers what the product does with your data.
